Blake Simes of "PureMaterials" contracted with my employer to perform a mapping service on a property. The final product was completed and provided to Blake. He was nonresponsive to my attempts to reach him for payment. When I reached him by phone he said he doesn't check emails and he uses the mailing address as a PO Box and doesn't check it very frequently. (The mailing address he initially provided was the project site address and he is not the owner of the property or in anyway connected to it). When I asked for payment he would not pay by credit card or check. He said he could wire the payment so, I provided him with the required information. During our conversation I asked him three time to confirm the email I sent to him by replying. He avoided this request each time. I found his website. The physical address is a business center address with multiple offices. No specific suite noted. The architect he was working with had a similar website. The address was the main address to a condominium complex. (With misspellings) The YouTube link on the PureMaterials website takes you to another business with a similar name. This is supposed to be an ADU company. I have not been able to find a business license for PureMaterials.
