I’m requesting a full refund and for the business to be reported as fraudulent. The contact information listed on the website is fake. I ordered two boxes of Instant Lift & Glow Invisible Firming Patches on 6/8/25 in the amount of $39.90. The bank charge posted on 6/10/25. On 6/21/25, I reached out via email to request a status update on my order. On 6/22/25, I received a response, but it was addressed to someone named “April,” not me. Please see the email below for reference: Hello April, We’re sorry for the delay. Due to a recent increase in orders, there have been some small shipping delays — but don’t worry, your package is currently at the delivery warehouse and is expected to be delivered in the coming days.. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out. We're here to help!??Best Regards, — I replied on 6/23/25, with the request to cancel the order. Please see the email below for reference: Hi, My name is not April, which leads me to believe that you’ve shared this same message with other customers experiencing similar order delays. I placed my order over two weeks ago. Since you cannot provide a definitive shipping date (“in the coming days” is not acceptable), I do not feel comfortable with your services.
