Description

I was ordering a Satellite Receiver, called Ultra Pocket. It was described as a system like Star Link and the system hooks up to Star Link. A one time payment and life long access to free Satellite Data Communication. After 2 weeks the Ultra Pocket arrived and it was clearly a kind of a GSM based Router and this one needs a Sim-Card to work. I placed one Sim-Card inside, but was not even able to get it operating. As the Address they used was an American Address, 770 Walnut Creek Drive NW, Lilburn, GA 30047, I asked to return at the same day when delivered. They told me this is very high in costs, 34 to 45 Dollars. As I am working for the ****** Embassy, I have access to any country in this world and could send for free to any Embassy, I asked for an address. They did not offer me any address at first, but offered a 15% reimbursement and I could keep this. I denied and insisted for an address. Again no address, but 30% reimbursement. The same game again with 45% and at the end 65% reimbursement offer. I still insisted about an address. They gave me for my surprise an address in Vietnam. Cosmo Tumblr, R2A Royal City, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam, Zip Code 100000. I told them I will return the items. They told me to send my money back, as soon as the items has arrived at their warehouse. I have sent the items to the ****** Embassy and my colleague was at this warehouse. It is a huge building with lots of P.O. Boxes. No chance to hand this over to anyone. I wrote again to them and explained. They said, the items should be placed into the correct P.O. Box R2A at the building. I asked several times for a telephone number, but didn't get one. My fried has to take a picture showing he placed the items in the correct Box and I should send the picture to the email address. After this proof I should get my money back. The problem is, there is no R2A box. This is a big fraud!
