Description
My mother purchased airline tickets from faresoflights.com in February for the amount of 500 dollars. She was emailed that she would receive a confirmation email shortly after purchasing two airline tickets from them. She never received a confirmation email and when she contacted the company, they had no record of her whatsoever. When I asked them for a supervisor they told me there was no superior in charge of the business. They were not communicative and very hostile and suggested that we just filed a dispute with our bank.
