This has been a nightmare of an order. I ordered 2 dresses which looked beautiful on the website, but when I got them, they looked like they had been sewn by a 5 yr old. The bodice, which was supposed to hit at my waist, hit me mid chest and there was a hole in the middle of the seam. The straps that went across the chest were loose and stitched crooked and look awful. I contacted them within 3 days asking for a refund and actually received a response within 1 day. They asked me for pictures and a description of what I didn't like about the dresses and I sent the description and pictures back with in 3 days of initial contact. Then...nothing. No more responses for 5 days. So i sent my response and pictures again. Again, nothing for a week. I sent my response a 3rd time and finally they responded saying that my request for return was past their 30 day return policy. I sent them a screen shot of my initial email and they stated that they must not have gotten it. So I sent them screen shots of all of the email correspondences between us and they still refused to admit that I had asked for a refund within 30 days. I then told them I would be contacting my cc for a charge back and would be writing them a bad review. They then offered me a 10% refund which is $7.10. I have not responded since and am in the process of having my cc company charge back the money on my card.
