Description
We are an e-commerce company. A fake customer placed a wholesale order and recommended IHCEXPRESS for the international shipment. They paid for the order with a credit card. After receiving their payment, we proceeded to pay IHCEXPRESS for the freight via wire transfer. After making that payment, there was a chargeback on the customer's card because of fraud. When we attempted to get refunded from IHCEXPRESS, they stopped contact. Clearly they were part of this scam.
