This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Enclosed document appears to be a check for $199.00. However, the fine print states "THIS IS NOT A CHECK". Also, it states "Not affiliated with Bank of America". The sender requests I call 1-888-801-8190 to verify my information. I did not call as this is obviously a scam.
