I ordered 6 bottles of a weight loss supplement. Instead, Prozenith sent me 6 bottles of Turmeric. The product I ordered had entirely different ingredients. The company offered a 60 day money back guarantee if not completely satisfied but when I called the support line they were extremely rude and insisted “we sent you what you ordered”. This person then began bargaining with me. “How about a 50% refund, or 60% - my last offer”. He was yelling at me by this time. I can only assume that the money back guarantee is off the table. Sending me anything less than my purchase price is unacceptable as I did not receive the product I ordered. Turmeric is a very common supplement and certainly not worth $50 a bottle.
