Scam Type: Online Purchase Scam Business Name: COMSTYLISH Narrative: I ordered what was advertised as a high-quality, embroidered sweatshirt featuring a scenic design from COMSTYLISH. The product listing included detailed photos and descriptions that clearly showed and described a plush sweatshirt with real embroidery. What I received was entirely different: a low-quality sweatshirt with a digitally printed image of embroidery—not actual stitching. The material was flimsy, the print was flat and artificial, and the product bore little resemblance to what was advertised. This is a classic case of false advertising and misrepresentation. I contacted COMSTYLISH customer support and included clear photos showing the discrepancy. Instead of promptly accepting the return or issuing a refund, they told me my case had been forwarded to another department and that I should wait 5–7 days for an update. They did not provide return instructions or a shipping label. This delay tactic, along with their evasive communication, feels like an intentional strategy to wear down dissatisfied customers. From my experience, COMSTYLISH appears to be an overseas company misrepresenting itself to U.S. consumers, using manipulated product listings to lure purchases and then avoiding accountability. I believe this is a bait-and-switch scam, and other consumers should be warned not to trust this business. I will be reporting this incident to my credit card company and leaving honest reviews across platforms to help prevent others from being deceived.
