I ordered a blouse that was clearly linen or a cotton blend and got a cheap knock off made with a disqusting manmade material. This website is being fraudulenlty used as the telephone number and mailing address is not accessible. The return policy says full refund if returned within 30 days. I purchased the item on June 6, 2025 (Order #24822) and emailed them on June 26 requesting a return, this was the response I received below; " Hello *****, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent order. As a gesture of goodwill and to help make up for the inconvenience, we’d like to offer you a 30% refund. You're more than welcome to keep the shirt, you can gift it to someone, or if you prefer, donate them—it’s entirely your choice. While we understand this doesn’t undo the disappointment, we hope it shows our sincere effort to support and value you as a customer. If you would still prefer to return the item instead, just let us know—we’ll be happy to provide you with the return instructions.
