Ordered wooden shelves from this website. After a good moment, we received tracking information (leaving facility, arriving at shipping yard, etc). Then nothing for a good moment. We then received a "your package has been delivered" message on Memorial Day. A day where the USPS does not deliver. I checked with the post office using the tracking number they gave me. I was informed that the number was not a number used by the USPS and that it wasn't a package that they would have handled. I emailed Haleith asking for delivery details and a USPS tracking number. They asserted that the number I had was legit and that I needed to get a loss certificate from USPS because they show it as delivered-hence my problem. I explained to them that the number they provided was not a number that was trackable by USPS. They insist that I must prove that I didn't receive the product in order to process a refund. This seems to be a way to get purchases without having to deliver.
