Saw an ad on tik tok. Placed an order 06/05/2025. Received a "shipped" email on 06/09/2025 with no tracking information. Have yet to received the item or any tracking details. I have reached out to the email [email protected] multiple times and called the number listed on their website and have not heard from anyone as of yet (06/25/2025).
