I received "results" for a Metabolic Myopathy and Rhabdomyolysis test (supposedly) from a year ago that I never had taken. I don't remember having this test done - and there was no mention of it on my calendar. I didn't recognize any of the doctor's names from Texas Highland Services. They listed the ordering physician's name as being from my home city, but (1) I don't recognize the name from that address and (2) there is no phone # list under the ordering physician's name. In fact, the correspondence said that if I had received this report in error, to call the number listed under Texas Highland Services. All of this seems to be a bit suspicious to me, so I did not respond to this letter nor contact any of the addresses, phone #'s or email addresses listed.
