I received a letter in the mail but it's not clear from where, as there's no actual business name or return address. The letter states this is a final notice regarding keeping my car's warranty up-to-date. It says by neglecting this, I will be financially responsible for any repairs. They left a phone number to call (800) 663-9177. They also attached what appears to be a check but isn't, for an allocated waiver of $199. It says this may only be redeemed by activating new coverage. I just got this vehicle a month ago and have a warranty through the dealership.
