It was advertised on a Facebook ad as a closeout sale for Big Lots, then redirected me to another third-party website. They reassured me that it was a secure site and that my information was safe and not shared. After receiving that email, I never received anything else—just the money being withdrawn from my account. I didn’t receive any tracking information, estimated delivery dates, or anything like that. When I tried to look up a customer service or business number, there was none available, and there was no way to contact the company to inquire about shipping or tracking. I contacted my bank, but they said they couldn’t refund the money. I had to take the loss and cancel all my cards to prevent any further issues or unauthorized withdrawals from my account.
