Description

Background and Explanation of the Scheme This operation appears to be a coordinated cryptocurrency investment scam built around the false promise of high returns from AI-assisted trading. Victims are recruited through platforms like OasisX Business School, which markets itself as offering training and AI-generated trading strategies. Once onboarded, participants are directed to fund their accounts via Sentinel Currency Exchange (SCE), which acts as a payment processor. Users are shown trading dashboards with fabricated balances and logs that simulate active investment. These dashboards are convincing but ultimately fake—funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Instead of genuine returns, victims are pressured into signing fabricated loan agreements and repaying funds they never received—often under threats of legal action. The operation employs technical jargon, fake receipts, unverifiable documents, and intimidation tactics to extract real money from users. Warning Signs Consumers Should Be Aware Of: • Promises of guaranteed or AI-powered profits • Being told to send funds via obscure or unverifiable intermediaries • No regulatory licensing, accountability, or legal disclosures • Pressure to sign large contracts under false premises • Threats of legal consequences without lawful basis ________________________________________ Complaint Description I am reporting what I believe to be a complex and coordinated scheme involving three interconnected entities: OasisX Business School, Sentinel Currency Exchange, and Precisco Wallet. I was referred to Sentinel by OasisX and instructed to use it to fund my Precisco trading account. I transferred $20,000 through Sentinel, which confirmed the payment and issued an invoice but never provided a formal receipt. They claimed to have deposited the amount into the Wallet Asset section of my Precisco account. However, this deposit was never verifiable, and I received no transaction details. My own funds became completely inaccessible. My Precisco trading wallet appeared to show a balance exceeding $1.3 million and included fabricated trading logs and AI-generated reports. However, I was blocked from withdrawing or accessing any of it unless I first repaid a $100,000 “loan” I had never received. ________________________________________ Why the $100K Contract Is Likely Unenforceable: 1. No Actual Loan Was Issued or Received o I never received $100,000 in fiat, crypto, or wallet access. o There is no evidence that these funds ever existed or were transferred to me. 2. No Disclosure or Terms Provided Up Front o I was pressured to sign the agreement quickly, without legal explanation or time to review. o The contract had no date, no licensing details, and contained signature fields for Sentinel and Precisco without names or identifying information. o There was no clear disclosure that I would be personally responsible for repaying $100,000 out of pocket. o OasisX emphasized that the loan would be automatically repaid through trading profits, which they claimed would generate a minimum of $450,000 via AI-powered strategies. 3. Funds Were Locked, Not Delivered o I was told the loan had been "deposited" into my Precisco account, but I was never allowed to access it. o Inaccessible funds do not constitute a real loan—they appear to be fictional balance entries used for manipulation. 4. Used as a Tool to Extract More Money • The contract appears designed to pressure users into sending real money under false pretenses. • I received threatening text messages from Precisco stating that Sentinel would take legal action if I didn’t repay—despite having never filed any dispute and never gaining access to my funds. • In a further escalation, Precisco informed me that if I failed to repay immediately, my account would be permanently locked, even though it was already inaccessible. This statement reveals a deliberate intimidation tactic—they are using the illusion of a locked account (with a fake $1.3 million balance) to coerce repayment of a bogus loan. • These scare tactics were delivered both in direct messages and within group chats, aimed at pressuring me and possibly others into further payments without legal basis. • Furthermore, all three entities—OasisX, Sentinel Currency Exchange, and Precisco—appear to be operating in full coordination. Not one of them has provided any form of customer support, conflict resolution, or dispute handling. Despite the severity of the situation and the fact that my funds remain inaccessible, no party offered a path to resolution, assistance, or even basic clarification. Their communications have focused solely on pressuring me for additional payments under threat, rather than addressing the legitimacy of the original loan or the locking of my funds. • This lack of independent accountability strongly suggests a collusive arrangement, not a legitimate financial ecosystem. Instead of helping, each entity reinforces the demands of the others, further entrapping the victim in a closed-loop system of manipulation and coercion. 5. No Regulatory Oversight or Legal Standing o Neither Sentinel nor the issuing party behind the $100K contract appears to be a licensed financial institution. o There was no compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) protocols. o Precisco, listed as the "Guarantor" on the contract, played a direct role in locking my assets while falsely appearing as a trusted custodian. ________________________________________ Fabricated Receipt Used to Mislead Others To build false confidence, a fake receipt for a $252,500 transaction was posted in the OasisX group chat. It was not addressed to me and appeared entirely staged: • No date or bank information • No institutional letterhead • Random strings made to look like blockchain data • Named an unrelated payer (not me) This document appeared fabricated to mislead other users into believing Sentinel was a legitimate, high-volume exchange. ________________________________________ Final Summary Despite all of this, Sentinel has never provided transparency or traceability regarding the $20,000 I sent. Their claimed deposit to Precisco remains unconfirmed, and they have avoided accountability. It is now clear to me that Sentinel functioned as a payment gateway in a broader fraudulent ecosystem, helping transfer funds without legal protections or transparency. The relationship between OasisX, Precisco, and Sentinel was deliberately opaque to conceal the fraud. This is a sophisticated scam designed to: • Simulate legitimate trading • Display fake profits and AI-based results • Pressure users into signing illegal contracts • Prevent access to funds unless new payments are made • Use fear and threats as tools of enforcement ________________________________________ I am filing this complaint to: • Document my $20,000 loss handled by Sentinel • Report the use of fraudulent financial and legal documentation • Request investigation into Sentinel’s business practices • Expose the collusion between Sentinel, OasisX, and Precisco • Warn other consumers before further harm is done
