Claimed to work with ticket master to upgrade tickets. Claimed that in order to upfrade we had to pay for previous tickets and upgrade price before being refunded and given other tockets. Would not allow us to leave the phobe conversation and very insistant and demanding. Gave several numbers for payment only asking to pay through online payment apps or giftcards and had us try these systems several times over and over again. Did not provide tickets that we had paid the money for and told us a refund of the money was not possible even though we never obtain the goods promised.
