Description
I placed an order in the beginning of May and it was said to ship out by a May 29 the latest. That date came and went and my order still showed as processing. I contacted someone who said the ship date has been pushed back a week or so. I said I'd keep the order if they gave me a discount. But then after a couple of days it still had not shipped. I went and spoke to someone again and said I just wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. They said "ok we'll refund to a store credit for a future purchase." I said I didnt want a store credit. I wanted it to my original payment method and they said ok. Week or so passes by with no refund in sight. I contacted someone again multiple times. Finally had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. A week later they finally refunded me - but it was a store credit! Which I had specifically said I did not want and confirmed multiple times they would not do but they did it anyway. So I just co texted them again to tell them I want it in my card and they offered me a discount to keep the store credit. Insane! I said absolutely not and had to threaten getting a lawsuit for this scam. Do NOT buy from Modlily!
