I was on Facebook and saw an advertisement for Hey Dude shoes on sale. After following the advertisement link it redirected me to Commusway.com where they did broadcast Hey Dudes being sold. The company pages stated they are from the USA but once a purchase is made everything comes from China. I made my purchase and received the following tracking information through track718.com. While the order was in transit I did try tracking it through USPS once it was in my local area but USPS did not have any tracking information for my order. (Redacted my location information and tracking number for privacy reasons) On 6/13 I contacted customer service about not receiving my order and magically the next day around 0840 I received the update my package, sent via CCE apparently, was delivered. The tracking information states its delivered at 1507 that day. I have continued to follow up with customer service everyday and keep being led around in circles; first was to check with neighbors, then offering to resend the order for free (the shipping was free already initially) because the carrier CCE may not give a refund, I pushed back on why the refund had to be from the carrier and not themselves directly to get offers of 50% and a 70% refund amount. While the dollar amount is not significant nor have I noticed any fraudulent charges to my card since, I have seen online the same experience by multiple people and feel this needs to be reported especially if you are on a tight financial budget and using this to purchase the products the list as gifts.
