person named vincent contacted my daughter thru last name and gave me the info about the call. when i contacted back this person named vincent knew my social and address but had other contacts confused then called my wife saying i was passing bad checks every where and proceeded to curse me out like i was a dog. contact number for him is 844-391-1092 he even knew my number which is a cell and every body else number. we havent had a bill in over 8 years and these people are trying to pray on us. i need help in shutting these scammers down
