Description

I received a new credit card from Citi Bank. I had to activate it and used the number on the paper the card was attached to. It was very difficult to understand the women I talked to. She said that I could not activate the card because I didn't get and activation code. They tried to sell be protection on the card but I said no. They asked me if my name was correct and I said yes. They asked if my address was correct and I said yes. They asked for my routing number and I gave it. I was so stupid and gave them my acct. number after much trepidation. They charged my Citibank card $34.79 and my bank 3.49 for some welcome package. They refused to refund anything because I said "yes" to their questions. I started a fraud alert on my bank and Citibank. I am so upset that they access my bank account because my SS check goes in soon. I've change all of my password information on both accounts. Please stop these people from doing this to someone else. Also, on my bank acct. they used the company name ID Guard LLC, on the Citibank card it said VIEvonI*Vrotze, Ft Lauderdaleaz.
