I purchased an umbrella on May 9, 2025 on TikTok shop and it took me to the website to check out. Once paid, I did not receive any order confirmation. After a couple of weeks of no delivery, I emailed the customer service and they sent me a fake tracking service saying it was delivered on May 30, 2025. It was not. I emailed them back and they said it was lost in transit and would send another one. I have not received anything and when I ask for a refund, they just ignore my emails. I have since googled this website reviews and everyone is saying the same exact story. It is a scam and they are taking people's money.
