Description
My husband booked a hotel room through Trivago & then it led him to a 3rd party site , Algohotels; confirmation of the check-in dates/ check out dates & the room was paid for. I called the hotel to see, if they could change the some of the room accommodations . Per the receipt confirmation the room was booked for 2 days & when I called the hotel , the room was only booked for 1 night & now the hotel cannot accommodate us. Trying to get a hold of any customer service through Trivago or Algohotels is merely impossible; they lie. They say the matter will only take 24-48 hours to resolve — it has taken them 4 days & still no resolution.
