1-866-210-8338 call received from “Optum Priorauthorization.” Unknown number to me at home # 828-423-2658, left voicemail callback request: “Hello, this is a prior authorization department. Please give us a call back concerning your request 966-210-8338 open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 9 PM Pacific time for Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific time for the hearing there, please call us at 1-800-498-5438. Thank you…” 866 # is from Optimim, not Optum. Blocked caller.
