Description Bought a pair of shoes from https://therackonteur.com/ they took my money plus another $8. I never received tracking info and my package was never shipped. Their phone number doesn't work and their email is bogus. Forced to charge through Paypal not allowed to directly use a credit card. Beginning to think Paypal is complicit in the scam.
