            I ordered an idler arm repair kit and bushing for my car that cost a total of $73.58. I needed it quickly so I chose the 2-3 day shipping option, that cost $17.60. I placed the order on July 22. On July 24th nothing had updated so I emailed them. After reading the reviews on ******, I filled a dispute with ****** on the 25th. I went ahead and ordered my parts from a reputable company and it's already arrived. Still nothing from FCRC. No reply on ****** to my dispute or anything! July 26th I wrote on the ****** dispute that I wanted them to issue me a refund because it's past the agreed time it was due. Now today, July 28th they updated my order status to say it was shipped! it took one week to ship a product in stock? And not on the 2-3 day shipping I paid extra for? I will not accept the items now, we had a contract to have my order delivered in the time frame specified. This is a breach of contract. I want a refund.

            Horrible communication! I placed an order 1 month ago. The money came out of my account but I havent received the part. I have sent 5 emails to inquire about the status of my order but not a single reply. Im very angry and am now wondering if I have lost over $200.00!
