We needed our main sewer line snaked due to tree roots in the line. We also didnt have a clean out so it was also a toilet pull. All of these things I knew before I scheduled this company. The two guys came out, they were late due to vehicle issues right around lunch time and then late again after a new time was set. They show up pull the toilet, run the snake, tell me they have to run the camera to confirm the tree roots (not true but he insisted) and then they tell me some part on my toilet was broken and they would fix it for free. $700 later, they leave and didnt clean anything up from the snake or the toilet pull. I had grime and mud and god knows what else all over my floor, my door frame, and walls. For the next two weeks my toilet leaked from the bottom and they turned up the flow so high it was constantly running. Finally I called and was told they dont guarantee their work and they could send the same plumber out to look at it but any charges would have to be discussed with him. So I had a different plumber come out and look and roto rooter had put an old wax ring that was too small on my toilet and its still not running right. Please do not use this company unless you like broken appliances and c*** customer service.
