I bought a leather executive chair made by this company (paid over $500 at ********* Little over a year ago, the leather started peel off. At first, I didn't think a lot about it. But over the time, it kept getting worse and worse. I started to research, and it seems like this appears to be bad leather or something. Unfortunately for me, I took too long I guess in my busy schedule. I took too long. When I finally decided to get a warranty service and contacted the company, I was told the warranty has expired. I am thinking, what?? Apparently, they dissected the warranty by parts. The leather warranty was 2 years and it passed by a few days. SO, I just decided to patch it. Afterall, the area wasn't that big at the time. But in the next 6 months, it got worse and worse. Now the seat is 70% patched. But, it finally did it. Something in the seat popped up and now I can't even sit on it because it feels like I am sitting on a sharp edge of a rock or something. I now really regret buying OFM chair. Most office chairs are in the range of $100 to $200. When I invested $500 on it, I thought I was getting a real quality product. Far from it. It is absolutely the worse quality product I've ever used in last 50 years of my life. You can choose to waste your money on this product; or wisely stay away from this junk product.
