              In April 2022 I took my vehicle to plaza auto care for a repair. We were then charged approximately $3000 for the repair. Since then my vehicle has been to that same shop 5 times as a follow up and is unsafe to drive because it is smoking and randomly shutting off. While the vehicle was in their possession they called me and shared that they damaged the engine further and wished to repair it. I have gotten two second opinions on this issue and have confirmed that the parts put on this vehicle that I was charged for do not fit and the vehicle is not safe to drive. I have tried mediating this with the company so I could get a refund to help me pay for another repair but I was treated very rudely and hung up on. I wish to be refunded for labor. It is now March and I still do not have my vehicle repaired. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

              Bunch of Crooks... Only takes cash so they can rip everyone off. Raises the price from 150 to 180 from person to person. They make up pricing as they go along. They basically drive around and scam college people Also very rude ..... BEWARE of this company
