In April 2022 I took my vehicle to plaza auto care for a repair. We were then charged approximately $3000 for the repair. Since then my vehicle has been to that same shop 5 times as a follow up and is unsafe to drive because it is smoking and randomly shutting off. While the vehicle was in their possession they called me and shared that they damaged the engine further and wished to repair it. I have gotten two second opinions on this issue and have confirmed that the parts put on this vehicle that I was charged for do not fit and the vehicle is not safe to drive. I have tried mediating this with the company so I could get a refund to help me pay for another repair but I was treated very rudely and hung up on. I wish to be refunded for labor. It is now March and I still do not have my vehicle repaired. Any help will be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

Vehicle was towed with a valid permit. When I called owner was extremely rude and would not look at or in car for permit. I told him it was hanging and asked him to look in the car. When my son picked up the car the permit was on the cupholder. Ther are no photos or proof that the permit was not hanging. The apartment complex was not called to check permit status. My new Dodge car was towed from the B****************** without permission from the office. My daughter has lived there for 2 yrs without any problems and we have a valid parking sticker displaced on our car. In the process it was damaged owners of the towing company was very rude and nasty. Preying on college students trying to get an a education is a disgrace . Please make sure all there licenses are in place and the drivers are not all drug heads like the students are saying
