    Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA) offers residential utility service line warranties to homeowners across the U.S.  It is also the official provider for the National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program.  The NLC Service Line Warranty Program is administered by SLWA parent, HomeServe USA, and is an important educational tool for informing homeowners of their service line responsibilities. The program is an affordable home protection solution for residents to help them deal with the financial burden of unanticipated service line repair and replacement costs. Under the NLC program, homeowners in participating cities and towns are eligible to purchase repair plans, which provide repairs for broken or leaking outside water and sewer lines.

    **** *********** I seem to get a cancellation notice once a quarter. "Your payment for the plan(s) is past due." This has been ongoing for years. The invoice doesn't include any payment history. When I go to the website, there's no information. No payment history and no account statement is available. "View Details" only shows the contact information. I repeatedly get the message "You currently do not have any active plans that are eligible for recurring payment." Why is making a payment so complicated? Does each of these notices put Service Line Warranties in a position of not being responsible for claims because each time the agreement is canceled and renewed, any claims become "pre-existing"? Service Line Warranties is the only company I do business with that makes it difficult to make a payment. Why?

    I have policies for both my rental homes and have had to use the twice. They had someone out there the same day and the problem was immediately fixed. I gave them the tenant's phone numbers and they contacted them to set up a time. I couldn't be happier and have recommended them to others. Worth every penny.
