About Us
The Better Business Bureau has empowered people to find businesses, brands and charities they can trust for more than 110 years. BBB Serving Western Pennsylvania was founded in 1931 and serves the 28 counties of Western PA. As of February 26, 2026, our office is relocating to Crafton, PA. We no longer accept walk-in traffic, however, you can "Book an Appointment" with BBB staff; see below. Appointments are available Tuesday - Thursday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.
