            The first week of September of 2022 I signed contract with Prowest to replace the roof for ****** dollars.In November during our *********** the roof started leaking in one of the bedrooms.I contacted Prowest by email and phone 0n 11/21/22 and about a week later someone came out and confirmed leak and location.i was told around 10 days before someone could come to make repair.On 12/19 I emailed my contact,**** at Prowest and was told I should make BBB complaint.Alarmed I called office and was told by CEO they would contact vendor and call me right back. The call never came and now its 12/26/22 more than month later and a week of rain coming this week Iam so very unhappy with Prowest Roofing in *******.I have buckets in the bedroom to catch some of the water but there is damage to ceiling and now smell in room and carpet.

I am so happy with the selection of different shingle colors, warranties and professionalism from *** and his crew. Super easy to work with, i recommend ************* to anyone looking for a new roof. ***********************
