I called Red Mountain funding to see why my payment was not taken out of my account. I spoke with a ******* . Which I had spoke with him a few days around and set up a payment arrangement to make my payment on Friday. He want my declaration page for insurance. I explained to him about the insurance company I got and the deductible is $2500.00 and I they cant change it , the company cant transfer me to an underwriter in *******. So I called back Friday to see why they did not take the payment. I spoke to *******. I was explaining everything and he was super RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL. He told me to get another policy with a *************************** he is going to repo my car. He told me to borrow the money or go **** my stuff to get insurance. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! And I asked to speak with a supervisor he said I am a supervisor. I said no his supervisor. I spoke with another lady and she told me that I had till Monday also to get a $500 deductible. Red Mountain Funding is a joke . I put $6000 down on my car to begin with. I only finance $6000. The people I have dealt with there are not very nice and need to take a class in customer service . I will never Recommend red mountain funding to anyone until they get there customer service in order and learn how to talk to customer.
