They're the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Helped a friend out and this establishment took over her loan and she was never notified. Therefore the payment was delinquent. When she tried to call and pay the guy was unprofessional and got mad and said we don't want or need your business and refused to run the deit card info. The said "We Good" and hung up. Needless to say 30 days later they repoed her car. Then obviously filed a lawsuit and got what they wanted. They garnished her wages and took out more money then they were awarded. Their legal department says well that is just intrest paid. From the beginning to the very end this ****** operation has shown how unprofessional they're by denying to take payments so they can repo, then go to court without the other party, to finally acting like a court settlement is a loan and charging interest.

This place is a joke they want you to place your payments on auto-pay and also make your payments on time but they can't hold up their end of the Deal, okay so last year I got a 2013 ***** traverse I had my car for 6mo and my engine started to go out, so I had to put down another down payment on a 2015 dodge caravan that somebody lived in before I got it, when I tell you this van is horrible it's horrible first off they gave me a car with messed up tires 4days later tire rod broke, it needed a new lower are control, new cadillac converter, o its a lot more then last week i found out that my car have structure frame damage o and also been an a accident I am not understanding why would they sell a car like that plus to a mother who have to drive her kids around, I never been late since i been with them and this how they do good people, i would let my dog buy a car from here, whoever got a car from here better get a laywer asap because this place is a ripe off, o and they owner also sold the old car back to the auction I hope he get shut down. if it was a **** rating that's what this place will be, I can write a book about this place, then they want to write a response like they are not on no bs when they know they are. NOW RESPONSE TO THAT BRAIN AND *****

There not worth 1 star. My husband and I filed bankruptcy and Red Mountain Funding knows this and will not close the account. So we have to go back to our lawyers and have them do it. This is ridiculous they are lazy and will not do there job you would think with all the bad reviews they would close there doors.

The ultimate worst experience Ive ever had at any car dealership. These people have scammed me and my fianc into selling us a very unsafe lemon vehicle that wasnt even road safe at all! They prey on people that are going through a tough time and sell over priced lemon vehicles to them! I have almost been into dozens of car accidents with the vehicle I had it. I could not risk myself or my family in that vehicle anymore. I have been making my payments on time every single month for that vehicle and Was promised a service on that vehicle if it was a danger to either myself or my family. They lied to me about my service they also treated me and my family like garbage and even the general manager of that store said he does not give a single dam about customer service. Then they start to come after you and try to garnish your wages years later. They are thieves and they are not supposed to be in business as they steal from customers and I am just grateful for my life I never got into any accidents with that vehicle. I returned the vehicle to them and told them that I do not wish to pay them any more for a vehicle that does not work and can kill my family and I so I return the vehicle and still they come after me later and try to garnish my wages and keep adding to the amount due on top of that. They are thieves please remove them from being in business!! Please!!
