              I was going to school I went on LOA in may (my grandfather was very sick) and in the process decided that Pima was not the school for me. I withdrew in may of 2021, its now august Ive been trying to go to a new school with better options for myself and Pima is holding my loans basically hostage. They are only allowed to keep 30% of the program amount. They are holding almost ***** more in loans (not disbursed either just holding them). I cant start a new college and continue my education because Pima who lied to me (was told it was completely on campus not online but it was mostly online!) was not informed that we needed to get a pharmacy tech on training license (was told that 10 weeks into classes and wasnt allowed to work with medication even though it was their blunder. Im seeking for them to refund ALL the loans theyve taken! I want them to keep zero of my loans. Ill have a balance with them, make a payment plan, but My student loans need to be released they are scam artist

              the staff/environment are very dictatorial and veterans should beware of their useless and subpar financial aid department. the personnel employed to run their office are either unwilling or unable to do their job correctly and in a timely manner, which WILL affect your personnel benefits. I have watched students lose their housing due to their ignorance and not one person from this institution cares. I have raised the issue to the highest levels to be acknowledged and still they ignore it.
