On August 4, 2023 visited *********** Toyota Tempe ***** ***************, Tempe ** ***** for a front wheel alignment on my 2018 Lexus LS. The 4-wheel alignment service was performed and I left with my vehicle on the same day and soon notice the next day the vehicle still seemed to be pulling to a side. I went back to the business of Auto Nation Tempe one week later to advise of the same issue with vehicle and they refused to service the vehicle. The vehicle was drivable and I noticed a grinding noise and tire noise coming from the front end of the vehicle. I then went to Discount tire to have the vehicle inspected. I was told by Discount Tire that the vehicle needed a front wheel alignment. So, I went to back to AutoNation Toyota Tempe on Dec 19, 2023 to complain about the original alignment and they agreed to retest the vehicle. I was advised the vehicle was definitely out of alignment at the time. Service work was performed by Auto Nation Toyota Tempe to correct the problem and I was not charged for this service. The service work did reveal the front and back tires were heavily worn due to misalignment. I ask to speak to the service director which was *********************** and he agreed to replace only one tire free of charge. Although, all four tires were heavily worn. I was told by ************ and Discount Tire that I should not continue drive the vehicle with tires on currently on the vehicle. ************ again agreed to replace only one tire and when you declined the offer to replace when all 4 tires needed to be replaced. He advised me to get out of his office or he would throw me out. I went to Discount Tire to have 2 new tires installed to front of vehicle. I was told at that time that after replacing the 2 front tires I would need another wheel alignment and found the vehicle did in fact need be realigned. Brake Masters performed the service. When all said and done I have three wheel alignment due to negligence of the AutoNation Toyota Tempe service department.
