      I would give 0 starts if I could. We had problems years ago with cut wires in the car that needed warrant repair. I made a complaint and they resolved the issues. I had to go and get a battery warranty replacement because they held the warranty. This time again they replaced the battery and didn't put the other wires back and some were cut. I only found this out because I had to go on a trip and went to my regular Toyota Dealer. They are doing shady things!!! Do not go there for repairs for warranty or anything else.

      Buyer beware! *************************** and the entire AutoNation brand have lost a family of customers. *************************** and staff hide behind conference calls and fail to return the phone calls of their customers. I purchase a 2015 civic for my kid. Drove the vehicle **** miles and the transmission goes out. Is it AutoNations fault? Of course not. All I am seeking is a call back from the ** (***************************) to listen to my issue and provide the AutoNation customer service, but my car has been at the dealer for 3 weeks and no one can seem to return my call. Very unfortunate and not the leadership I would expect from such a recognizable brand. Again, AutoNation as a whole has lost my business and anyone who ask about my experience with them will hear about this terrible experience! Buyer beware!

      After sending previous emails on and before Nov. 13, and speaking with **** in finance on the phone, I finally received a response from *******************. I believed him when he apologized for his late response and stated that he would cancel the Service Contract (which I had originally requested to be canceled on Nov. 7, the day after my vehicle purchase). However, he did NOT cancel the Service Contract.1. Dec 4, 2021, I forwarded **** and **** screenshots showing that after several weeks, I still have an ACTIVE Service Contract. Additionally, I confirmed with the lender, ***************** that my loan amount is in excess of $26,000. The total loan amount should be closer to $23,000, since I had immediately requested removal of the Service Contract.2. I have not received any paperwork regarding my vehicle purchase. Where can I access all of the paperwork I electronically signed during financing? Has this paperwork been mailed? Tomorrow, it will be 30 days since my vehicle purchase.When **** and I spoke, he said not to worry because a Service Contract could be canceled up to 30 days from its purchase. That date is Monday, Dec. 6, 2021. I have adequate documentation and communication stating that I attempted, verbally and in writing, to cancel the Service Contract within the window of cancelation.I am extremely dissatisfied with the financing process.If **** ******** manager) or **** in finance are no longer able to resolve this issue, please provide the name and contact information of someone who can assist me with the above two issues.

      While some aspects of purchasing a car from here were fine, what brings the score down for me is the utter failure to deliver my car in a timely manner, while giving me incorrect information on when it would be available.I understood the evening I purchased it that it needed to be detailed, but was unable to get any information until 2 the next afternoon regarding availability, which then branched from merely needing detailed to now needing brakes and an oil change. At this point I am still driving my trade in, which I had already signed over to the dealership since they did not have the ability to give me a loaner.Sure, I can see it potentially needing the work, since it was a recent acquisition, but that should have been made clear the night before when I signed papers. In addition, based on discussions I had with the sales person and others there, it seems like the process to prepare it to give to me didn't likely get started until after 1pm that (next) day, instead of putting it in the queue in the morning. Since the information I had originally been given was that it was going to just need a 2 hour detailing, and because I did not wish to risk damage to my trade-in, I took the day off work to be ready, only to have done it needlessly.Then, when the end of the day came around and the vehicle still wasn't ready, I still could not get a confirmed time, and so we moved to the NEXT day, with me still driving the car I traded to them. And let me tell you, driving around a car whose value was part of my down payment on a car I had purchased is rather uncomfortable due to the risks involved.On that day I was not able to get any sort of idea as to availability of the car until it was finally finished late afternoon and I was able to come in and finally take possession.Finding a vehicle, great.Finance, great.Lack of correct or complete information on delivery/taking possession, total failure.44+ hours to finally take possession of the car that had started on the dealership lot, didn't have to be shipped, and being told the only delay was a 2 hour detailing? Abject failure.Regardless if the poor information was accidental or deliberate, it has definitely told me never to do business with this branch of AutoNation ever again. I cannot trust them to tell me the full and accurate truth.Side note. When you start sending your automated emails to me after purchase, and I click on the unsubscribe button, the generally accepted next step is to take me off the mailing list, not continue to send me emails. In this situation it is like salt in the wound with you showing you clearly don't care about my preferences in addition to not caring about getting me the car I purchased.
      Update 2021-11-09 Sadly I cannot give negative stars. I still do not have my car registration after about 4 months waiting, and in fact the last time I checked the title was not even in my name. I wholeheartedly recommend that you go to any dealership but this one.
