            I hired Go! Pest control to deal with a roach problem. We agreed to a fumigation and then a 6 month follow-up dust/gel/monitor every 2 weeks. They did the fumigation and it has been 3 months now and they are now saying that no follow-up was included even though it is explicitly written from them. I also have call recordings of them saying this. My issue has nothing to do with a warranty. This to me is acknowledgement that they have no explanation so they are just saying anything they can think of. Due to the nature of the issue and the fact there was no attempt to finish the job, I expect them to start over or refund.

            I had asked Go Pest Control to deal with a problem with squirrels in the attic as a result of an soffit fascia pulling away from the house exposing the soffit to rodents. The company sent out a technician who advised that they would do the job, but repairs to the fascia and any other access points needed to be repaired before they could deal with the rodent problem. I had the suggested work done. At this point, the squirrels have been in the attic for over three weeks and at a costly undertaking to have the suggested repairs completed. I contacted the company and advised that the building was ready for Go Pest Control to finish their contracted work. I received a call from the company now advising me that, due to safety concerns, they were no longer interested in completing the job. My concern is that the original technician who inspected the property did not advise me of any such problem. Now I am required to find another company to finish their job.
