We have refunded the hot tub fee for our communication error. Regarding the cleanliness of the home - when viewing your reservation details, it does not appear we were notified of any issues until after your stay. Had we been contacted, we would have taken immediate action to rectify the situation by sending our housekeeping team to address your concerns.Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring our guests comfort are top priorities for us.
