      I ordered uniforms for my children on July 16th 2024 I have not received them. My card has been charged for 11 items and have not received a tracking number. I have called over 10 times now and they say, my order is stuck and they can expedite it. Still nothing. I have asked to speak with a manager and they said someone could email or call me back 3 different times and still nothing from the manager. They said to email and a manager will look over my complaint. I emailed...a month later now still no response. I looked up the CEO to complain they was no contact info. I am behond irritated not just for my family, but for all the families trying to fallow the dress code for the school.

      Placed an order July 16, 2024. Was told I would receive in 2-3 weeks. Today is September 3, 2024 and still have not received my order. I received an email stating there is no ship date because my order is still on backorder. Im absolutely floored that a uniform company did not adequately prepare their inventory for the upcoming school year. This is what they do. Im not alone either, our school is sending out updates as well about supply issues with Dennis Uniforms because of the overwhelming amount of calls and emails they are receiving with concerns from other families that have not had their orders fulfilled either. Dennis, do better.

      Lead times are too long and the product quality is bad. Im unsure what the hype is about this company. My daughters school requires we order uniforms from Dennis. After one wash, the embroidery came off and the shirt shrank. I dont recommend any schools use this company as their product is overpriced for the poor quality, and it takes 6 weeks - longer to receive it.

      I went into the store on July 17th to pick up 5 polo shirts. They did not have any in my son's size so I had to order for delivery. They said 2-3 weeks. We are now passing week 6 with customer service unable to give me any update on my order online or by phone. I don't buy the excuse that it's a busy time (duh! you are a uniform supplier - you have a whole year to plan for this time of year...) My son is now on week 3 of school with no uniform.

      I ordered my kids uniform back on May 5th. School started August 14th and my daughter skirt along with ***lacement polos (the logo lettering fell off several last years order) have yet to arrive. July the *** told me I would have my stuff the first week of August. Two days ago when I called they said early September. So now I get to go spend MORE money on a temporary skirt at another store until Dennis gets their act together. I have spoken to several people that ordered AFTER me that got the same items delivered. This is unacceptable. They have basically stolen my money and ran.

The skirt on your other order is in the shipping queue and will go out shortly.  In light of this extended delay I have refunded the shipping fee on your order.

      I placed an order for my son at the beginning of July 2024. After a month, with NO updates, I emailed asking for and update. I was told that there was a delay due to the start of school ordering overload and that I would receive an email when the uniform shipped. I emailed back that I would need more information than that. After a week, a customer service representative - ******** - let me know that the mistake was on their end. For some reason my order never made it to the warehouse. So I could ask them to place a ticket to the warehouse and they may get my order shipped in another 2-3 weeks. They couldn't make any promises. My other option was to completely cancel my order and then reorder again. Of course, it would still take another 2-3 weeks to receive my order. I cancelled my order and asked to speak to someone higher up and was given two random names and told I couldn't have last names or contact information.This has been stupid. I did nothing wrong. They messed up and feel no need to make anything right.

      0 out of 5 is a more accurate and appropriate rating. If you are a school in search of a uniform company for your students and families, this one is 100% NOT IT! All of the reasons listed in these 1 star reviews are accurate. My order was placed July 24th when while in store we were informed part of the order was out of stock. With over three weeks of waiting with our any updates, I called to get an update. The call itself was incredibly time consuming and frustrating. There was no answer at any time I tried to contact the store where the purchase was made, and it took countless attempts to get through at the actual customer service ***** number. On that call the representative was very confused, telling me she didn't see my order even though I provided the order number. She put me on multiple ling holds then came back to tell me my order was just canceled??!? She said not to worry, I could just reorder. Wow! Great idea! So apparently they did find my order, somehow cancel it, then come back to me and tell me to go reorder it. So now it's reordered and who knows if they see the order or not so I called again and the response... they don't have it in stock and it might ship mid September??!?! How is this even possible? A uniform company, in the buisness of providing uniforms, unable to do just that! The President of business management is non other than *********************. Isn't that Ironic? ******************, please ship us our uniform STAT.

      I don't recommend it! I ordered my daughter's uniforms in June, and today, August 20, I am still waiting. I hope my daughter's school picks a reliable uniform store. Also, there is no communication about shipping dates or tracking information.

      Worst company ever!!! I've had to use this company for multiple years owing to my kids schools. Every year there is an issue. This year's issue is a revolving door of problems and poor customer service. Their return thing doesn't even recognize my order numbers, emailing them results in them giving me the same return website link so it's no help at all, and then after calling them and waiting for 20 minutes, they hang up on you. I. AM. DONE. From now on, if a school is using Dennis, I'm not using the school!!

      I ordered uniforms for my grandson in the beginning of June 2024 to take advantage of the the order early 15% discount thinking if I order early I will beat the rush. Since my grandson would not be starting school until Aug 06. Well here we are $300 later and I still dont have my complete order. A week before he was to start school we scrambled and went to the local store her in ******* and were able to allocate 3 of the 6 polos I ordered.. Considering how long Dennis Uniforms have been in business the level of customer service you get when call is ridiculous. You get no answers as to what the hold up is. They only tell you what you see on the Website which is absolutely nothing. The level of communication is a joke no emails informing you they are having technical difficulties no emails informing things are back ordered. Supervisors do not call you back. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call for about 4 weeks and again was told today I would be out on the list for a call back.The sad part is that we have no recourse as we are told by the school we have to get the uniforms from Dennis they take your money but dont send you the merchandise you ordered. All they can say is the order is being prepared for shipping what exactly does that mean? Are they making the shirts one by one. Tell me how long does it take to to pack 3 shirts and put them in the mail. You cant get an ETA. My grandson is in kindergarten and he needs an extra uniform at school and I cant even provide him one because I dont have a shirt to give to the school. At this point I am beyond upset considering the prices we pay for these uniforms does match the level customer service we receive.. The CEO/Owner of Dennis Uniforms should be ashamed of themselves. Taking advantage of hardworking people who are left with no choice but to put up with level of service they provide.
