HORRIBLE customer service and product! We spent quite a bit on a sauna and it has not heated properly since we got it. We contacted them and they refused to help us until we sent them a picture of the dial thermometer 6 inches below the ceiling and above the sauna after an hour of having it on. We asked them if they had any other suggestions and they continued to reply that they needed the picture before they would give any. I asked what the next steps. would be if the temp showed it was not heating properly and they again refused to give me any stating they only wanted to see that. I sent the pictures and they did not reply.They have stopped replying to my emails and I have a new sauna that does not work properly. The attitude seems to be "you got a Finlandia we are the best you should be happy they never have problems". I don't recommend this brand at all, there are plenty of others with Amazing customer service.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with your experience. We have done nothing but try to help you, but you didnt answer questions or give information that was asked for, and you thought that we were rude for telling you where thermometer needed to be located, etc. UL/ETL who approves these sauna heaters for sale in ***************** measures *********** directly above the heater and 6 inches down from the ceiling. We asked you to move your thermometer here and you refused. Without having this *********** reading after 30 minutes and after 60 minutes, we were unable to see if your sauna heater was or was not working/heating properly, or to help you further. We told you that moving your *********** sensor to the recommended location would allow your room to get hotter, which is what you wanted. You had your electrician come and move your sensor and afterwards you told us that *********** was measuring 176F at the sensor location. UL sets a max *********** of 194F directly above the heater and 6 inches down from the ceiling, so a reading of 176F at the sensor location, which is not above the heater, would indicate that directly above the heater it is reaching the max *********** of 194F. Based off of all the information you provided us, your heater was functioning properly, and heating your room very well. After our dealer (who sold you the heater) called your electrician, your electrician informed us that your heater was in fact functioning properly and getting your room very hot. Thank you.
