The date of first *********** signed the Ipad was 07/10/23. The Axiom rep he gave me pricing of every 3 months for $169 that included the wasp/hornet that he said our other company did not take care of. I agreed to have them come out and do another service the next day because of the wasp/hornet issue we have and still have now. I told him that our current service was every 3 months so assumed that is what we were signing up for since I was not told anything different. I was sent an email giving me a time for them to come back out only a month later and thought that was an error. Axiom came out and did another service. Then sent me a bill for $169 after I paid the initial $69 for the prior month. I was told I would be charged $169 for another service a month later. I was under the impression that I would be paying $169 every 3 months because again that's what I told the rep. I then got an email stating that they tried to call me and couldn't get ahold of me and I needed to call them. I called and was told I owed $169 for the service. I told them what was discussed with the rep and they said they called me and got a verbal approval to service. I let them know I never got a call to confirm the next service. They said they did just like they said they called and couldn't get a hold of me and for me to contact them. I let this rep know over the phone that I didn't get a call either time. They told me I owed $169 after paying the initial $69. I told them that no is incorrect from what I was verbally told. I also let them know that they DID NOT send me the contract I signed and if they had I would have read it and canceled immediately. I didn't receive a copy of the contract until I asked for it on 09/10/23 two months later. They would not cancel my contract. I attached the email date and time as well as the contact to show what Axiom sent and when. I do not want to deal with deceptive companies anymore. I would like to pay what I owe and be done with this company.
