              I have a vehicle with Driveway Finance. I cannot make a payment and have not been able to for over a month. The website is down, the automated system is not working and my last phone call, I was on hold for 52 minutes. Nobody will answer the phone. I have called 17 times over the course of a month and a half. At this point, I am sure they have added late fees to my account when it is not even my fault that I cannot pay.

              This company is a FRAUD. I purchased a vehicle in August and was trying to set up my account for online payments, but their website does not work, the link they sent does not work, I sent an email and no response, I called over 15 times and no-one responded to the calls. I was on hold for longer than one hour and had to hang out the phone. I don't think they even have call representatives working for them. Every other financial institution have people answering their phone, but not this place. I am not sure if they are delaying in purpose just to collect late fees. I am definitely moving my loan to a different place. I am not sending a ***** to a place that I can't get no-one of the phone. I have never had to deal with anything like this. I am reading some of the complains on this site, and every customers has the same issue, we are all so frustrated with this company. They need to be put out of business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
