3/1/2023,Novad is a terribly run organization definitely a government ran entity, my mom vacated the house in October 2020 and moved in with my sister, I sent an e-mail letting them know in late 2020 no response for many months sent several e-mails inquiring, the house has been vacant for 26 months now, we are where we were 26 month ago, in the mean time the house caught on fire $195K damage county property assessment says the house is worth $163K prior to the fire damage, the people I talk to always say they will pass on the complaint/problem will receive response within 5 working days so far Im up to 35 working days, they dont identify who they are on caller ID, I dont answer unknown might be a spam call I absolutely loath spam calls, if you hate your children Novad offers this reverse mortgage payback to your hated children you will get the last laugh, my folks did this reverse mortgage they needed money they lost most of their retirement in the Dotcom crash through ***********************, PS: our parents love all 5 of us kids very much, IMO they need to have a spot for negative reviews I give them a negative five

This was the worst reverse mortgage servicer on the planet. They failed to timely respond to any time-sensitive inquires unless pressured by BBB complaints. They deservedly lost the rights to service reverse mortgages in the latest round of federal contract awards.The fact that they had the audacity to lodge a challenge against ****** being awarded HUD's servicing rights after years of neglect to their customers was appalling. The *** correctly threw out their challenge. Good riddance.

This company contacted me to attempt to transfer mortgage service and payments while represented themselves as m a loan holder... This information is false and misleading... Do not send this company any payments towards your mortgage. Jane

This company is horrible. Been working on foreclosure of my mom's house since June of this year and it was supposed to take 90 days. They won't call you back or answer email.

Worst customer service ever, this company is the absolute worst and I can not believe they are even allowed to operate in *****************. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I wish I could give them zero stars, they are scam artists preying on the elderly.

I called this company to see if it was possible to get some information on a property that they had managed and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. Surprised that they are still in business.

Terrible Company......they send out urgent fraudulent letters and have no intention of speaking with the customer. Mostly these are letters send to the elderly with reverse mortgages. Shame on you.............

Novad sends an urgent notice with a phone number and has no capacity to answer calls. Hang up after hang up. Impossible to get questions answered. There is no working email on documents either. And who can fax documents easily these days.

NOVAD MANAGEMENT CONSULTING is a terrible organization to work with. They have zero customer service!! I have had to get involved to help my aunt get a simple pay off. She has had zero luck getting a call back or a simply email response. We have supplied all the information needed and still nothing. So many seniors having to deal with this terrible organization because of the reverse mortgage. Very sad!

NOVAD MANAGEMENT CONSULTING is the worst company I have had to work with in my 36 years in Escrow. From what I hear in telling people about my experience this is very common! I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a payoff statement for a reverse mortgage. We sent a request and got back and email the we need to send a copy of the Trust since the Settlor of our trust had died. We sent that and waited 5 days called to check on it and they said they hadn't received it but we had confirmation it went through. So they ESCALTED (it which means nothing! ) We were promised the Payoff Statement on 7/22 but that didn't happen! They said they were missing information. We had the Owner call in and they were very rude to her, she sent them what they asked for and again in was ESCALTED! What a joke we were promised the Payoff on 7/29 and instead of a Payoff we got another email saying they were missing legal documents! When I tried to call in and get a manager or supervisor I was hung up on twice then final put through to ***** who was suppose to be a supervisor and was so rude that I asked if there was someone higher up I could speak with and was told he was the highest and there was no one higher than him. I tried to get help from HUD Reverse Mortgage and ended up make about 3 more calls and ended up back at the same place!!!!!! What a joke! I am trying to close my escrow and this is going to stop my closing. My Buyer and Seller have moving truck ordered which is going to hold up everything and close everyone more money!
