              we were looking to move into a house with era , any time we put in an application they would take up to 2 days to respond , the lady who was working with my wife took off for a vacation and we were left in the dark with no one to help us . none the less when we called up to talk to management to get something resolved they proceeded to hang the phone up , when we called back they were talking to us like they had no idea who we were ,but less then 5 minutes prior they hung up the after getting all of our information

              I previously had a 1 star review and took it down out of compassion and they seemingly had addressed the ongoing problems with a house they manage next to mine. That being said shortly after I took the 1 star down they started to let the problems arise again. They manage the rental next to me and the house has too many people living in it with residents making LOUD noise all day and night with them working on cars in the front yard and making the exhaust systems and engines louder and then run the cars up and down the street at high rates of speed with children and pets being put in harms way. The do not care who they rent their rentals to or how the properties are being maintained or what the resulting neglect put surrounding homeowners through. If you are looking to rent out your property I HIGHLY recommend you NOT use their services because they will not protect your investment.

              The writer of this review is not a customer or client of our company, but is a resident living next door to a property we manage for the owner of the property through our Property Management division.  We have responded to this resident multiple times regarding the issues above.  The property under our management is occupied by two single male residents who are caring for the property per the terms of their lease and to the owner's satisfaction, so the owner requested renewal of their lease.   Previous complaints from the neighbor were quickly addressed and resolved by the tenant.  The complainant has been asked to notify the police with any noise issues, speeding cars, etc. as such issues need to be addressed at the time of occurrence, but the complainant is unwilling to report the incidents.  Staff suggests that complaint calls received seem motivated for other reasons beyond our control.
