      we were looking to move into a house with era , any time we put in an application they would take up to 2 days to respond , the lady who was working with my wife took off for a vacation and we were left in the dark with no one to help us . none the less when we called up to talk to management to get something resolved they proceeded to hang the phone up , when we called back they were talking to us like they had no idea who we were ,but less then 5 minutes prior they hung up the after getting all of our information

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/03) */ I spoke with both applicants via phone on 6/2/2022 - prior to being notified of the BBB Complaint. I reviewed their concerns and offered to personally oversee their applications moving forward due to the reported concerns with the Leasing Specialist. Applicants advised me there weren't any listings they were interested in at this time. I advised that their applications would stay on file for 90 days and to contact me directly if they found something they were interested in. Both applicants agreed and the call was ended amicably.

      They kept my whole security deposit. I completed my lease with payments in a timely manner and returned the house as was received. I want my security deposit returned.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/10/06) */ (I found this email recently in a spam folder, sorry for the delay. ) Spoke to the property manager today and learned that the owner of this property elected to charge this tenant for one month rent as permitted under the terms of the lease agreement for tenant's failure to provide owner with 30 days notice of intent to vacate. Tenant paid all other charges and met all obligations as agreed. The Property Manager learned that Tenant has filed a small claims cause of action against the owner in pursuit of the funds. My firm served as escrow agent and property manager.
