We purchased a new 2023 45 Keystone Redwood 5th wheel over a year ago. Since the day we got it and attempted to level, we have had nothing but problems, over 30 to list. It has less than 200 miles only from taking back and forth to RV dealership for issues. Keystone refuses to acknowledge the twisted/broken frame as a cause of other issues. We have multiple reports from Keystones accredited rv dealer confirming all issues. Keystone just makes excuses and does not believe their own reputable tv dealer. They continues to ignore their customers complaints of their defective products. We have never been able to take it anywhere for safety reasons. My husband is a 100% ************* Infantry veteran and it makes me sick to see them exploit veterans in there adds to entice customers that they are for the people. As shown in all complaints against them, they turn it around to sound like the customer does not have valid issues. ********************** does not honor their warranty policy. They dont answer the phones or respond because it can be drawn out past the warranty period and then say there is nothing they can do. We purchased an extended warranty just to protect ourselves but this is just a scam by the dealer because the manufacturer is never going to honor it. There is not much else to say about how poorly they treat their customers who spend there hard earned dollar to want to travel. I regret making the decision to purchase this product and will not be making this mistake again.
