            I know it has been awhile since your company treated my home(826 S. 31st), however per the attached the outside perimeter was not treated as your technicians stated. As I was charged for this. I canceled my services because after a year of service with Termishield I still had mice and now I see why. I have written to you a time or too and finally cancelled my service with you. I trusted that you would stand behind your company's name and honor your obligation to paying clients. I am now being charged two thousand dollars for your error. Based on this information I am asking for a full refund or fix the issues that your company originally stated was fixed asap

            I got inspections from multiple businesses and so glad I chose Termisheild. They are so knowledgable and do a great job. Then you pay a yearly fee for inspection and treatment (if it's needed).Follow up inspection: **** came to inspect my house. He was the same person to do the treatment, so he knew just where to look. I had some concerning insects on my back stairs. He immediately identified them as pavement ants, asked me some questions, and then told me they're not concerning. He offered to (and did) close up some holes for me to prevent the ants. I really appreciate the ongoing inspections and the peace of mind that comes from knowing an experienced, knowledgeable technician has signed off on my property.
