In March of 2021 I hired Two Men and a truck from Fort Wayne to move my furniture from my living room and dining room about 20 ft into my garage. It was the worst experience of mu life. I had discussed with the office several times how the furniture would be protected for the move. I was told it would be wrapped before removing. That did not happen. I had 3 men show up and grab items and quickly rush them to the garage, damaging several pieces. A family heirloom hutch was damaged when the doors were not even tied shut and they flew open slamming into the flooring. Also a table was damaged when the table legs were scraped across the front door casing wood work. Several chairs had the same damage. I was disappointed in the service when I had to physically move the hutch to see the damage and make the men write up the report. The placed the furniture to hide the damage and not admit it. An 1 1/2 move took 30 minutes because they did not take the time to be careful. I called the office within minutes of the incident and complained. The girl on the phone asked for pictures of the damage which I provided. She stated they would take care of the damage. They called the next day and informed me that they would not pay for the damage. My own money for the deposit for the moving furniture out and the deposit for the move to return the furniture into my home after remodel was done was returned BUT NOTHING FOR THE DAMAGE. They cancelled my prepaid scheduled in advance move to return the furniture leaving my disabled husband and myself without help to return the items after the work was done which now included repairs to the furniture, door casing and fixing the flooring planks. I have requested my paperwork from them and to date have not received it. I have not been contacted regarding any damages. Do not use this business.
